Users of this service must respect the rules of the CAN-SPAM Act. Therefore, they must

  1. Clearly identify the originating business or person
  2. Use subject lines reflecting message content
  3. Clearly reveal any promotional intent, if applicable
  4. Contain a physical address for the sender
  5. Instruct recipients how to opt out of future marketing emails
  6. Allow customers or subscribers to unsubscribe
  7. Execute opt-out requests within 10 business days
  8. Ensure compliance by third parties working on their behalf
